A lot of menopausal women feel so tired even if they didn’t move too much during the day. They often feel fatigued when the day ends. If this is the way you feel almost every day, wouldn’t you want to find something to help you recover from it? The amount is actually more than half of the 500-milligram daily requirement of calcium or 25% of the 1000-milligram Calcium requirement for menopausal women.
