It was around age 45 when I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms — and suddenly, I felt like a different person. No one warned me about the brain fog, mood swings, or overwhelming fatigue. That experience became a turning point and led me to dedicate my work to supporting women like you.
Today, I continue helping women over 40 navigate menopause with smarter choices, better health and more joy — be it with natural solutions, hormone therapy or both. My goal is to help you feel better than ever with real, supportive tools that fit into your life.
