Hi! I’m Gita, a Certified Nutrition Coach, Keto Coach and Fasting Therapist. I’m also the founder of My Menopause Journey and FAST.EAT.THRIVE!™.
It was around age 45 when I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms — and suddenly, I felt like a different person. No one warned me about the brain fog, mood swings, or overwhelming fatigue. That experience became a turning point and led me to dedicate my work to supporting women like you.
