Every time food items, nutrients, chemicals and other components are introduced to the body, the liver sweeps off anything that the body doesn’t need. Causes of Toxic Overload
Like what Suzanne Somers has mentioned, Toxic Overload could be caused by a number of reasons. The following may be the trigger factors of toxicity in your body.
Food toxins are not often seen, but they are commonly ingested by a lot of people, not only in the United States, but around the world. In fact, it is the biggest culprit of toxic overload. These toxins are present in processed goods. Junk foods, canned goods, bottled drinks and any food items and beverages that have been through chemical process could cause toxicity. These are highly processed with preservatives to keep the last longer.
Even fruits and vegetables that we buy from the market may contain toxins as well. Most of these items have been grown using chemical pesticides and insecticides. Meat and poultry that have been grown using processed feeds could also contribute to the toxins that your body may have.
