Natalie is a motivational speaker, a fitness expert and a licensed Master Sports Nutritionist. But more importantly, she is a strong woman who experienced hardships in life and depression but managed to stand up against all of it and became successful. Natalie is a single mom who had a failed relationship and got divorced. After her pregnancy she became overweight, and due to depression has lost her house and retirement. Natalie also suffered from a severe back ache and an auto-immune disorder called Celiac Sprue. Natalie has surely hit the rock bottom, but due to all of these she discovered something wonderful about herself that led to who she is today and the success that she’s been gaining.
